Arrival – Medan to Bukit Lawang

Pick up from Kualanamu International Airport or hotel in Medan

Drive approximately 4–5 hours to Bukit Lawang via small towns, rubber, and palm oil plantations

Check in at hotel upon arrival

Overnight in Bukit Lawang

Accomodation: Bukit Lawang (Ecolodge, The Heritage, Fido Dido or similar)

Jungle Trekking – 2 Days / 1 Night

Breakfast at accommodation (around 8:30 AM departure)

Start two-day jungle trek in Gunung Leuser National Park (6–7 hours walking)

Observe orangutans and other wildlife

Arrive at riverside campsite

Swim, relax, and spend the night in bamboo camp with domed tents and mattresses

Accomodation: Jungle campsite (Bukit Lawang area)

Return to Bukit Lawang by Jungle Taxi (Rafting)

Wake up to the morning jungle atmosphere

Breakfast by the river; possible sightings of monitor lizards, tortoises, and butterflies

Trek 3–4 hours to Bahorok River

Lunch by the river

Return to Bukit Lawang via traditional tube rafting (‘Jungle Taxi’)

Arrive at Bukit Lawang accommodation and overnight stay

Accomodation: Bukit Lawang (same hotel as first night)

Bukit Lawang – Berastagi Highland Tour

After breakfast, drive to Berastagi (approx. 3.5 hours)

Visit Ghost Village near Mount Sinabung, abandoned after the 2010 eruption

Arrive in Berastagi, check in to hotel, and stay overnight

Accomodation: Berastagi (Kalang Ulu Exclusive Hotel)

Sibayak Volcano Sunrise & Transfer to Samosir Island

Wake up at 4:15 AM and drive 15 minutes to Sibayak starting point

Hike 90 minutes to the summit for sunrise view (optional to hike after breakfast instead)

Descend to hot spring for relaxation

Return to hotel for breakfast and check out

Lunch in Berastagi

Continue to Samosir via Dokan traditional Batak Karo village and Sipiso-piso Waterfall

Arrive in Tiga Ras and cross Lake Toba by ferry to Samosir Island

Check in and overnight on Samosir Island

Accomodation: Lake Toba (Tabo Cottages, Zoe Paradise, Toledo Inn or similar)

Cultural Immersion Tour – Samosir Island

Visit King Siallagan’s stone chair court at Ambarita village

Watch Batak Toba traditional dance at Simanindo village

Samosir Island – Medan / Airport Departure

Cross Lake Toba by ferry (45–60 minutes) to Parapat

Transfer to Medan city hotel, Kualanamu Airport, or Silangit Airport (Siborong-borong)
